REALTORS® of Arizona in Action

Why?

The Arizona Association of REALTORS® has formed the REALTOR® Political Party program to increase the political influence of the Arizona Association of REALTORS® beyond the limits of RAPAC. This program will augment and enhance RAPAC contributions for the benefit of AAR’s positive political position at the state legislature.
 
How Will the Program Work?

Available funds will consist of pledges made between January and May each year. The total pledge to this effort would be $250 per individual derived from personal funds. The contributions made by individual REALTORS® would not be made until AAR Government Area staff requested a contribution to the candidate. The checks would then be mailed to AAR’s office for delivery directly to the candidate. In the aggregate, you will not be asked for more than $250 annually.
 
Is This in Lieu of RAPAC Contributions?
No. As stated above, this program is intended to augment RAPAC. Those who join the REALTOR® Political Party also are encouraged to contribute to RAPAC.  Individuals pledging and contributing to becoming a member of the REALTOR Political Party will be recognized in the Arizona REALTORS® Digest and other AAR mediums like RALLiNOW. Those pledging also will be asked to attend the candidate fundraising event if they are able.
 
How Do I Become a REALTOR® Political Party Member?
Simply pledge up to an aggregate total of $250 for candidate fundraising event requests from the AAR Governmental Area in 2006.  Registration forms are available at: http://www.aaronline.com/documents/RPP.pdf.  Register today and help take REALTOR® political power to a new level!
